Cured salmon topped with cappers, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan and garnished with fresh rocket and cherry tomatoes. Served with ciabatta.

Warm salad with Rabbit ( MU / D / CE / SD / N )
Mix salad, tomatoes topped with honey-mustard sauce and pine nuts.

Winter Orchard Salad ( D / SD )
Salad with pear, grapes, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese and prosciutto. Topped with apple sauce.

Roast beef with Vitello tonnato sauce ( S / E / G / MU / SD / D )
Tender, thinly sliced beef paired with creamy sauce from tuna, mayo, anchovies and capers, creating an elegant and flavorful contrast. Served with cherry tomatoes.

Main dishes

Served with honey and mustard glaze on a pillow of courgette pancakes & crisp salad.
